General support
For account issues, writer onboarding, and product bugs, contact hello.plotloom@gmail.com.
Use subject tags such as [ACCOUNT], [WRITER], [BUG], or [FEEDBACK] whenever possible.
International and English outreach
English-language creator questions, early partnership ideas, and pilot community requests can all go to the same inbox.
For outreach, launch, or community collaborations, use [PARTNERSHIP] so we can separate it from support traffic.
Response expectations
During beta we aim to respond within two to three business days, with urgent safety issues triaged faster.
Rights, privacy, and report-related messages may be prioritized ahead of general product feedback.
