When a report is submitted, we may also log the report target, details, and limited access information needed for abuse prevention.

Collected information is used for login continuity, story operations, report handling, security checks, and repeated abuse detection.

During beta, information stays within the minimum range needed to operate the service and uphold policy.

Account information is retained until account deletion or a deletion request is processed, unless a legal retention period applies.

Reports and security logs are kept only as long as needed for abuse prevention and dispute review, then deleted or de-identified when no longer needed.

Plotloom uses session cookies for login continuity and security checks. Basic analytics or performance tools may be used during beta operations.

Plotloom does not sell personal information and does not share it with third parties except where required by law or needed to operate the service.

External tools may be used for hosting, security, and email intake, with processing limited to the operational purpose.

If translation, summarization, AI labeling, or review requires an external AI API, Plotloom asks for processing purpose and consent separately during manuscript submission.

Users may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of their personal information.

Plotloom is not intended for children under 13, and users under 13 may not create accounts or submit content.
