Episode 1. The Card With His Name

The Valentine card was black.
It was signed by a student who died last semester.

Confessions were banned at Hawol Arts High on Valentine's Day.

The legend was simple. Any student who confessed before midnight disappeared from next semester's attendance book. Seoa did not believe it until she found a black student card inside her locker.

The photo on the card was not hers. It was Junho from the dance department, a student everyone remembered losing after last semester's winter showcase. Under the photo was Seoa's name. White letters surfaced on the back.

Dance with the owner of this card by midnight. If you fail, one of you will be erased from the school's memory.

Seoa found Junho in a mirrored practice room. He was dancing a waltz step alone. When she showed him the card, he did not laugh. He reached into his pocket and pulled out another black student card.

His card had Seoa's photo on it.

Under her face was Junho's name.
